1. Warranty Conditions
The product will be warranted free of charge if it fully meets the following conditions:
Technical errors from the manufacturer: Including issues such as not working properly, material or design errors.
Warranty period is still valid: The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (based on the purchase invoice or warranty card).
Product is in its original condition: No signs of impact, repair by a third party or misuse.
Full warranty documents: Valid warranty card or purchase invoice.
2. Warranty Period
The specific warranty period is stated on the product or warranty card.
If there is no other information, the default period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty policy will not apply in the following cases:
Errors due to improper use: The product is damaged due to impact, falling, or exposure to an unsuitable environment (water, high temperature, chemicals).
Products that have been altered or repaired: The product has been repaired or changed by parties not authorized by Kato Stationery.
Warranty period expired: Warranty requests after the specified period will not be accepted.

Natural wear and tear: Damages due to long-term use, natural wear and tear such as pen wear, fading, or ink exhaustion.
4. Warranty Procedure

Provide detailed information about the product, the error encountered, with illustrative images or videos (if available).
Step 2: Confirm the request
After receiving the information, the customer care team will check and provide detailed instructions on how to send the product to the warranty center.
Step 3: Send the product
Pack the product carefully and send it to the address:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs in case the error is not covered by the warranty.
Step 4: Warranty Check and Process
The warranty check and process time is from 7 – 10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
5. Warranty Resolution Plan
After checking the product, we will provide the following solutions:
Free repair: For products that can be repaired.
Replace new product: If the error cannot be repaired and the product is still under warranty.
Refund: In case the product cannot be repaired or replaced similarly.
